Through my work, I express a vision of spirit- joy, possibility, beauty. I believe that positive, symbolic imagery has a deep capacity to inspire and heal. As a result of a combined background in painting, graphic design and fiber arts, I have developed a unique artistic method that combines geometric patterns, bead embroidery, clay and painting on canvas or wood panel. My choice of bright colors and mixed media reflects the richness and abundance of life. I often incorporate symbols or icons within a piece to convey a deeper spiritual meaning about the subject.
