You must have information on hand information for 4 artworks and an artist statement in order to complete this form. This form will not save your information if you leave without submitting it. You must complete it to the end and SUBMIT. This application is free.
Artist Eligibility:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Artists must be a resident of Oregon for at least one year at the date of application.
Image submission requirements:
- Images of artwork must be of high quality. Poor quality images will not be used in the database.
- Images must be cropped with only the artwork visible; no chairs, tables or easels in the background.
- Image files must be .JPEG (Preferably 2500 pixels on the long side, bigger is better!)
- Label all artwork digital files as follows – First name-Last name-title-size.jpeg
- Copyright remains with the artist and is the responsibility of the artist.
